Virtual Logistics & Shipping Assistant

Harbor Haven Marine is seeking a reliable Virtual Logistics & Shipping Assistant to support our shipping operations remotely.

We are a provider of marine parts, ships, and boats, and we need someone to help ensure smooth and accurate shipments.

What Youll Do Assist with coordinating outgoing and incoming shipments.

Communicate with carriers and track packages.

Prepare shipping labels and basic documentation.

Update shipping information in our system.

Help resolve minor shipping issues.

Maintain organized shipping records.

What Youll Need Some experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support preferred.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

Comfort using computers and online tracking tools.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace.
