Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boulder City, NV. This is a fast-paced and exciting role that offers a mix of indoor and outdoor work. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities to support office operations and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize daily workflow and assist in ensuring all office staff are supported.

Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Perform both indoor and outdoor tasks as required.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Support general administrative duties and assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
