Salary: $16.00- $17.00

Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, sorting orders, and moving pallets efficiently and safely. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and contributing to the success of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking: Accurately pick products based on customer orders and prepare them for packing.

Order Packing: Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Sorting: Sort inventory and shipments according to destination, type, and priority.

Pallet Movement: Safely move and organize pallets using pallet jacks or manual handling.

Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and within specified timeframes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety and operational standards.

Assist with inventory control and restocking when needed.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics roles is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift heavy items around 70lbs or more and move pallets.

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment (pallet jacks)

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance targets.

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
