Fullstack Developer

Job Description

Our valued client in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a FullStack Developer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity. The selected candidate will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle. The candidate must be well-versed in both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Architect and guide building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale

Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end

Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

Collaborate across time zones via Microsoft Teams, Slack, GitHub comments, documents, Jira and frequent videoconferences

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Designing and writing effective APIs

Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Create security and data protection settings

Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Write technical documentation

Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software and workflows

Provide level 3 support for production issues

Technical Requirements and Skills

5+ years proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Experience developing web and mobile applications is a must

Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

Experience with Typescript and GraphQL

Experience with Ionic, React, and Node.js frameworks

Familiarity with Postgres, DynamoDB, and MS SQL

Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and a thorough understanding of CI/CD concepts

Experience working within the AWS cloud environment and a good knowledge of provided services such as Lambdas, EKS, S3, and IoT

Experience with the Azure cloud environment and services would be a benefit but is not required.

Knowledge of C# and Python would be a benefit but not a requirement.

This position provides excellent benefits and a salary range of $135,000-$150,000, based on experience. In addition, there is the opportunity for a discretionary bonus of up to 10%.
