Job Responsibilities

Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures for specimen collection.

Accurately label, handle, and process blood samples.

Ensure patient comfort and safety during the procedure.

Maintain proper documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Work collaboratively with healthcare teams in different facilities.

Follow infection control and laboratory safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred.

Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting.

Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques and laboratory procedures.

Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.
