Phoenix, LLC is seeking a Key Account Manager – Neutron Services who will be responsible for owning the sales cycle in neutron imaging, FLARE accelerated radiation effects testing and related capital equipment. The Key Account Manager will manage the customer relationship, internal and external sales and customer support team, and be an integral part of a high-growth company with the potential to bring cutting edge nuclear technologies to the manufacturers in aerospace, defense, and other industries to ensure the integrity of critical components. This key role will be responsible for negotiating and closing new strategic business opportunities to bolster SHINE as a market leader in non-destructive testing services.
The base salary range for this position is $135,000/year-$153,000/year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth.
Generate and deliver qualified opportunities to build strategic partnerships.
Identify, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
Responsible for securing early sales contracts and partnerships.
Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts.
Builds networks of contacts on behalf of company to stimulate interest in company's products by attending and participating in trade shows, educational conferences, and seminars.
Diligence with account management, planning and analytic analysis.
Ability to manage/prioritize sales initiatives and adapt to an evolving fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in client sales with major account ownership and demonstrated success in creating and executing on sales strategy.
Articulate with well-developed communication skills and proven ability to negotiate and present to executive level decision makers.
An assertive, self-confident personality with the ability to maintain strategic relationships
Five (5) years of experience selling disruptive technology products or services to U.S. Government and/or aerospace and defense customers preferred.
Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance desired.
Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
