Extrusion Operators

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate rubber extrusion machines according to job specifications.

Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Document production data and report any mechanical or quality issues to supervisors.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in rubber extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions.

Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.

Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.
