Paint Helper - Swing Shift
Pay: $21/Hour
Shift: 10PM-6:30PM

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual for a General Production role in manufacturing. This position requires a strong attention to detail and is ideal for someone looking for a long-term commitment in a repetitive work environment.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent hand/eye coordination, practical skills, and attention to detail.
Use English proficiently in both written and verbal formats.
Maintain basic practical computer skills with a focus on detail.
Have excellent vision, including normal color vision.
Communicate effectively and work cooperatively as part of a team or independently.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with multiple priorities.
Review and assimilate work instructions specific to paint type, dimensional tolerance, and thickness considerations.
Handle loading, adjustment, and light maintenance of conventional HVLP coating equipment.
Understand work instructions for cleaning, masking, and abrasive blasting operations.
Perform receiving inspections before processing and report any damage or discrepancy.
Gather necessary supplies such as racks, tooling, baskets, and carts.
Oil and package parts for protection.
Clean production parts, including degreasing or manual solvent cleaning.
Conduct routine maintenance of blast cabinets and machines.
Collaborate closely with area leadership to prioritize tasks and complete work.
Maintain best safety practices according to prescribed directives.
Be prepared for exposure to chemicals/solvents, occasional fumes, moderate noise, and heavy lifting.

Work Environment
This is a large production facility with a focus on anodizing, paint prep, and painting aerospace parts. The environment includes exposure to chemical smells and paint, occasional fumes, and moderate noise levels. The facility operates on a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 10pm-6:30am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
