Job Description
The Development Manager (Central/Southeast) will be responsible for:
Take responsibility for project success by driving project development and value creation
Own the execution of the project development strategy in the market
Direct market-wide activities, emphasizing budget management and project profitability
Lead and/or manage due diligence on projects, sites, and counter-parties for acquisition projects
Analyze and interpret regulations, policy changes, program economics, input prices, and other data by market to provide input to the company's business plan and development strategy

The Successful Applicant
The Development Manager (Central/Southeast)will have
4+ years of experience in project development with utility scale renewable energy project
Proven track record of leading projects through full development cycle, ideally (but not mandatory) through financing or working with delivery/construction teams to COD.
Experience in MISO and/or SERC regions.
Strong understanding of the interconnection process and ability to work with technical teams on interconnection studies.
Experience taking project through financing or working with construction teams is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while driving them toward key milestones.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate independently in a remote environment.
What's on Offer
The Development Manager (Central/Southeast) will be eligible for
$120,000 - $150,000 base salary
