Project Scheduler

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Project Scheduler to support electrical scheduling for MEP projects. This role is open to multiple levels of experience, with pay based on qualifications and background.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate scheduling

Analyze project timelines, resource allocation, and critical path activities

Identify and mitigate scheduling risks and delays

Implement industry-standard scheduling practices to support project execution

Support high-value construction projects by ensuring timely project completion

Communicate scheduling updates and progress reports to stakeholders Requirements:

Experience with Primavera P6 is required

Electrical/MEP construction knowledge is essential

Familiarity with industry-standard scheduling systems and practices

Experience scheduling for high-value projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
