As a mission manager, you will analyze complex situations, develop actionable intelligence, provide briefings, and support the customer's mission to protect the nation.
This opportunity will allow you to develop your expertise using raw intelligence from multiple sources to assist the customer in understanding the operational battlefield and threats therein. You will be part of a team effort in this endeavor, validating information from multiple INTs and creating packages to inform the customer. Each member is a mentor to the others, so there is plenty of on-the-job training to provide a solid foundation and build upon your skills. You will have direct leadership opportunities for leading mission partners in an around-the-clock operational environment. Opportunities for travel do exist.
Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph
Bachelor's degree, plus five (5) years' experience in the operational community, or High School diploma, plus eight (8) years' experience
Seven years’ experience working in a professional environment, leading people
Demonstrated experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments
Knowledge of the customer’s life cycle and operations, how to support them and assist in execution
Ability to think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately and clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Confidence to deliver clear and concise briefings
Ability to travel overseas for short-term needs
Willingness to work a rotating shift
