Primary Purpose

Provide governance and oversight for the development and monitoring of the Supply Business Plan; implementation of Exelon, Nuclear, and Delivery Management Model, Business Continuity, benchmarking, Supply staffing analysis, and Records Management processes. Provides leadership and development of Supply Programs personnel.

Primary Duties

Provide governance and oversight of the development and performance monitoring of the Supply Business Plan and associated management meetings. (25%)

Support development of Supply Programs personnel (20%)

Provide overall guidance and oversight of Supply programs including, but not limited to: - Records Management - Business Continuity - Exelon, Nuclear, and Delivery Management Models - Supplier Performance Improvement - Contract Administration - Supplier Fundamental Management System - Knowledge Retention Library - Supply Web site - Staffing Analysis and Workforce Planning - Benchmarking and Trend Analysis - Employee Engagement Survey - Customer Satisfaction Survey - Supply Management Meetings - Storm Duty and ARCOS scheduling (45%)

Provide oversight and support implementation of the Supply Training Program. (10%)

Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned

Job Scope

Interacts routinely with Executive leadership, managers and staff across Exelon.

Provide governance/oversight and implement assigned projects and programs.

Interface with business unit process owners to ensure alignment and adherence with company polices governing the various programs.

Manages business planning process for Supply and is the primary point of contact with the business units and BSC for business unit business planning.

Travel across Exelon sites, Supplier locations and business units, as business needs dictate

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science or related field with 7-10 years of experience or in lieu of degree, 9-12 years of experience

Excellent PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Passport, Hyperion)

Excellent communicator, written and oral, with strengths in organization and planning

Strong analytical skills.

Strong project management skills.

Use and understand effective change management skills and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of the Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable modules of Passport (Purchasing, Contracts, and Action Tracking); and eSourcing tool.

Experience with Supply Operations tools and technology

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $103,200.00/Yr. – $141,900.00/Yr.
