Deal Execution Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deal Execution Project Manager to join a top-tier private equity firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing the deal close process, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Treasury, Portfolio Risk & Analysis, and Investor Relations. This role requires a strong project management background with a legal and documentation focus, ensuring seamless execution across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Shadow the deal team and orchestrate deal closing activities across multiple departments.

Oversee contract review, documentation, and portfolio management to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline M&A transactions and investment processes.

Maintain oversight of regulatory requirements and risk management procedures.

Serve as a strategic liaison between deal teams and operational functions.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A deal execution.

Strong project management skills with expertise in legal documentation and contract review.

Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes deal environments.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience interacting with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
