As the Overnight Warehouse Operations Manager, you will lead our dedicated night shift team in effectively shipping over 40,000 essential products across North America. Our continuous growth ensures stability and new opportunities for our employees.
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee nightly warehouse activities, including handling returns, receiving, put-away, transfers, restocking, freight, parcels, and conversion.
Inspire and mentor a team of warehouse staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Uphold meticulous standards of accuracy, safety, and performance in nightly operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Proven supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks is preferred.
Experience with performance metrics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
