$120,000 - $135,000 What You'll Be Doing:

Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support company goals

Evaluating business unit performance and measures against key metrics

Enhancing financial planning processes and internal controls

Partnering with leadership to assess strategic opportunities and risks

Developing materials for management, close reviews, and board meetings

Driving continuous improvement across financial and operational reporting

Ensuring data integrity and maintaining best-in-class financial discipline What You'll Need to be Considered:

Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to executives

Demonstrated expertise in financial scenario planning and business performance analysis

Ability to advocate for cross-departmental collaboration and alignment

Experience strengthening financial awareness across the organization
