Job Description

Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of large-scale ground-up projects.

Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers. Experienced in leading ground-up mixed-use or multi-family projects.

Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
