Job Description

Lead AS9100 audits, ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.

Work closely with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and drive improvements.

Conduct internal and external audits, supporting continuous certification efforts.

Assist in developing and maintaining quality processes aligned with AS9100 and ISO standards.

Support corrective and preventive action initiatives to resolve non-conformances.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Engineering, to enhance process quality.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.

Flexibility for remote work one day per week, based on workload and management approval.

Preference for candidates with aerospace, medical device, or automotive industry experience. The Successful Applicant

6+ years of experience in quality engineering within aerospace, medical device, or automotive manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and auditing processes.

Experience conducting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Ability to work with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.

Background in corrective actions (CAPAs) and root cause analysis for non-conformances.

Familiarity with ISO quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with precision components.

Strong documentation skills, ensuring accuracy in quality records and reporting.

Ability to travel up to 20%, with additional compensation for completing travel-based tasks.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Engineering.

Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. What's on Offer
