HK SECURITY - ACCOUNT MANAGER Job Summary: The Account Manager reports to the Manager of Operations, assisting in daily operations and training programs.
Responsibilities include managing client accounts, supervising security personnel, and ensuring quality customer service.
Responsibilities: • Oversee daily security operations for assigned client sites, ensuring the delivery of highquality security services to protect people and property.
• Manage security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll administration, while ensuring compliance with company policies and client-specific requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns, resolving escalated security issues, and providing emergency response when required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and employees, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and conduct site-specific training, as well as annual refresher courses for security personnel, ensuring that all staff are well-prepared to handle client needs.
• Ensure accurate completion of daily activity reports (DARs), incident reports (IRs), and other required documentation, while meeting all contract compliance standards.
• Manage the inventory, maintenance, and allocation of uniforms, equipment, and vehicles used at client sites, ensuring operational readiness.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify, interview, and hire quality candidates, addressing staffing needs proactively.
• Take an active role in managing financial and operational goals, minimizing unbilled overtime, and maximizing efficiency across all assigned accounts.
Qualifications: • 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience in payroll, billing, and scheduling is preferred.
• Valid state security officer license, driver’s license, and clean driving record required.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
