We are seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time Behavior Technician to join our team! The Behavior Technician will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes during after school hours
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
Collect and record data on client progress
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
RBT certification preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.25 per hour
Schedule:
After school
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
