CDL A Local Driver

Our Miller Dedicated Services division is currently looking for qualified CDL A Drivers with TWIC Card for our location in Vineland, NJ. As a completely outsourced transportation solution we provide career-long opportunities for professional Drivers including Over the Road, Regional, and Local positions for CDL A, CDL B, and Non-CDL Drivers. Driver will start and end each day in Vineland, NJ. To start, Driver will pick up the tractor and empty container and drive to the Port in South Philadelphia where they will pick up a loaded container and take it to our yard in Vineland, NJ; drop and return to South Philadelphia for another container. Driver will go back and forth between Vineland and South Philadelphia picking up and dropping containers and will complete 4 or more round trips daily.

- Drivers must be in line at the Port and ready to enter when they open at 7:00 AM daily.

- Expectations are 4 round trips daily though may be able to do 5 once acclimated to the routine

Pay:

Shuttle Drivers (4)

- Pay is $85 per round trip + $3 per round trip additional if meeting Safety and Performance Bonus Standards

- Anticipated each Shuttle Driver will make 4 round trips daily though may be able to get 5 in daily once settled

Container Hostler (1)

- Pay is $25 per transfer + $2 per transfer additional if meeting Safety and Performance Bonus Standards

- Last container of the day will be to pull your own trailer to Vineland and will receive $85 for final trip

- Container Hoster will get 4 moves done every 2 Hours and will stage loaded containers for Shuttle Drivers

Requirements:

CDL A

TWIC Card

2+ years of professional driving experience as a CDL A

Clean Driving Record & Ability to pass Criminal Background Check

Monday - Friday schedule (consistent)

Ability to work 8 - 10 Hour Days
