Sales Representative - Direct Hire

Our client, a leading provider in the Industrial Services sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of industrial processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You will work directly with manufacturers, internal teams, and purchasing departments to identify their needs and present tailored heat treatment solutions.

Pay Range: Competitive base salary + commission PLUS travel allowance

What's the Job?

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Conduct on-site visits, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable treatment services.

Help prepare and present quotes, proposals, and technical data.

Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in heat treatment or metal processing.

Technical background or understanding of metallurgy, manufacturing, or engineering.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.
