Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator with experience in handling both a 50 Ton hydroforming press and a 500 Ton production press for manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a background in CNC operations and be comfortable with repetitive loading and unloading tasks.
Responsibilities
Operate various presses, including a 50 Ton hydroforming press and a 500 Ton production press.
Load and unload parts for manufacturing processes.
Interpret and work from blueprints and fabrication plans.
Ensure quality and precision in machining and fabrication tasks.
Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency.Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience providing technical support in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in press brake operations, CNC machinery, and general machine operation.
Understanding of wiring and programming fundamentals, particularly with programmable logic controllers.
Capability to set-up, configure, program, and troubleshoot industrial robots.
Experience in programming and operating both non-CNC and CNC machine tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately.
Creative problem-solving skills and open-minded thinking.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with limited supervision.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Work Environment
Work in a small, collaborative team environment with around two people focusing on building molds. The facility is clean, spacious, temperature-controlled, and team-oriented. Employees are allowed to wear earbuds, adding to a comfortable and personalized work setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
