Mold Maker – Precision Tooling Expert Direct Placement $60K-$80K to Start - Based Off Interview

Are you passionate about precision and craftsmanship? We’re seeking a Mold Maker who thrives in a high-tech, collaborative environment. If you enjoy building complex molds and tooling from the ground up, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge projects with a team that values quality and innovation. ️ Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain injection molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures to exacting standards

Test cycles to validate tooling performance and part accuracy

Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specs to guide fabrication

Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks) to verify tolerances

Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and improve tooling

Support new product development with custom tooling solutions

Perform routine maintenance to extend tool life and reduce downtime

Ensure compliance with ISO/TS quality standards What You Bring to the Table:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in mold making and tool design

Skilled in CNC machining and Wire EDM operations

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
