We’re working with a tight-knit, innovative team that takes pride in building high-quality molds for the medical industry—from concept to completion, all in-house. With one of their longtime team members retiring, this is your chance to step into a key role where your expertise and creativity will truly be valued.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building, repairing, and fine-tuning high-precision molds for medical components

Using your Mastercam and Solidworks skills to bring designs to life

Running Haas mills and lathes as well as manual machining equipment

Collaborating closely with engineers and fellow makers to troubleshoot and perfect custom tooling

Maintaining a clean, quality-focused workspace—because when it comes to medical parts, there’s no room for anything less

What You Bring:

5+ years of Mold Making experience

Experience with Mastercam and Solidworks

Proficiency on Haas mills/lathes and manual machining equipment

A problem-solving mindset and a love for working in a team that builds things from the ground up
