Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Title Clerk & Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish and English) to support our growing DMV services division. This role is essential to ensuring smooth processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and documentation. You will be expected to handle sensitive information, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service—even when dealing with frustrated or difficult clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently
Review documents for completeness and compliance with DMV regulations
Track incoming and outgoing transactions using internal systems
Interact professionally with customers to resolve title issues and answer questions
Liaise with DMV offices and respond to updates or rejections
Maintain clear and organized digital and physical filing systems
Support administrative tasks including scanning, data entry, and email correspondence
Handle occasional high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism

Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish/English
Strong understanding of DMV processes, title requirements, and state-specific regulations
Experience in a DMV title clerk role, auto dealership, or related administrative field preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with a diverse range of customers, including those who may be upset or confused
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers, scanners, and office software (Excel, email platforms, PDF tools)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Full-time
