We are seeking a licensed and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a fully remote, part-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and assisting with policy changes, payments, and general inquiries.
If you have State Farm experience, thats a plus! Were looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist clients by processing policy changes, payments, and other service requests.
Provide accurate information and support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with the team to uphold high service standards and client satisfaction.What You Bring:
Must have an active insurance license (required).
Experience with State Farm systems (preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
