About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Anaplan Model Builder to design, develop, and optimize Anaplan demand & supply planning models that drive strategic decision-making across finance, supply chain, and operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with strong technical expertise in Anaplan and a passion for data-driven planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development & Optimization

Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models for forecasting, purchasing, operational planning, and budgeting.

Implement complex calculations, dashboards, and workflows to support supply chain, FP&A, marketing, and sales teams.

Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Collaboration & Requirements Gathering

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Train end-users in Anaplan functionality and best practices.

Document model architecture, processes, and data flows.

Data Integration & Governance

Integrate Anaplan with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Great Plains, SAP), data warehouses, and other tools.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across connected systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or model errors.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on Anaplan’s latest features and industry trends.

Recommend process improvements to enhance planning efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required

2+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience (certification preferred).

Proficiency in Anaplan Workspace, Dashboards, and Excel

Strong understanding of supply chain, FP&A, and sales operations processes.

Experience with data integration (ETL tools, APIs) and system architecture.

Familiarity with SQL or Python (a plus).

Preferred

Anaplan Certified Model Builder or Solution Architect.

Experience with SCM, demand planning, or revenue modeling.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project delivery.
