Duty Aide

Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified applicants for a Duty Aide position at Harmon Middle School.

This is a 3.5-hour per day position, 186 day contract.

Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalency.

* Demonstrated interest in working with children.

* Ability to communicate and work effectively with others.

* Ability to supervise small and large groups, and respond quickly to student needs.

* Ability to follow directions and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed.

* Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with peers.

* Dependable with a strong work ethic.

* Ability to stand for extended periods.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality.

* Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse populations.
