Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Brunswick, Ohio.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience.
Your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our front desk.
Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain organized filing systems for records and documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Assist with concierge services to address client or visitor needs.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure front desk operations run smoothly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
Requirements - Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on being detail oriented.
- Ability to manage and operate a multi-line phone system.
- Excellent organizational and file management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
