Medical Receptionist

Summary The Patient Service Representative demonstrates appropriate customer service and hospitality practices to enhance the perception of the all customers of the department as a healing and compassionate environment for both inpatient and outpatient setting. The PSR is to provide excellent customer service using professionalism and proficiency. Must be a person who pays attention to detail and likes to be a team player. This position is cross trained for and fills in for other members of the team as needed.
