Position Overview The primary responsibility of the Scheduler - Aviation is to schedule flights on company owned aircraft.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Sands Aviation, LLC policies, practices, and procedures.

All Sands Aviation, LLC Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Team Members are required to observe the Company's standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Create and manage flight and crew schedules, considering factors like flight times, rest periods, and legal regulations.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew schedules and flight information.

* Arrange hotel bookings and transportation for crew layovers * Obtain necessary permits or visas for flight crew when flying in and out of foreign countries.

* Coordinate with fixed base operators (FBOs) and fuel suppliers.

* Interact in a professional decorum with company executives, team members and guests.

* This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stress and multitask effectively Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.

* Ability to work on a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Minimum Qualifications * At least 21 years of age.

* Proof of authorization to work in the United States.

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Previous corporate aviation and flight scheduling experience preferred.

* Ability to travel up to two times per year * Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Physical Requirements Must be able to: * Lift or carry 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.

* Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.

* Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.

* Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
