They are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to help support their financial planning efforts and contribute to long-term strategic goals, ensuring robust financial health and continued success across all operations.

Job Description

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with production goals and profitability targets.

Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in retail performance, providing actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced coursework or experience in financial modeling is preferred.

A minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
