Custodian

Our client, a leading food production facility, is seeking a Custodian to join their team.

As a Custodian, you will be part of the operations team supporting a clean and safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety protocols which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Custodian / Janitor **Location: Weslaco, TX** **Pay Range:** $13 per hour **What's the Job?** + Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and mirrors.

+ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, break rooms, conference areas, and hallways.

+ Assist with the cleaning and sanitation of production lines, equipment, and floors.

+ Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

+ Maintain cleanliness and stock of supplies in common areas.

**What's Needed?** + Previous custodial or janitorial experience; experience in a food production environment is a plus.

+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and safe handling procedures.

+ Comfortable working around machinery and following strict sanitation standards.

+ Ability to wear PPE (gloves, masks, gowns, etc.) and follow all safety protocols.

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
