(insert job video link here) Key Tech Responsibilities: * Provide in-person troubleshooting and consultations for customers on a variety of computer-related products and electronic devices.
* Recommend service solutions such as data backups, antivirus software, extended warranties, and support subscriptions.
* Diagnose and document hardware or OS issues on desktops, laptops, and apple mobile devices.
* Assemble custom-built computers in collaboration with our expert Build-Your-Own (BYO) team.
* Utilize technical manuals, support resources, and maintain relevant certifications to stay current with products and technology.
* Maintain a clean work area, manage inventory, and handle customer transactions with accuracy.
* Communicate regularly and effectively with customers via face-to-face interactions, phone, text, and email to provide timely updates on service events.
Education & Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required.
* One year of related experience in computer service, repair, or technical customer service is strongly preferred.
* CompTIA A+ certification or Apple ACMT and ACiT certifications preferred, or the ability to obtain certifications within 90 days of hire.
*Apple certifications are highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule: * Flexibility required, as shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to work during hours outside of public store operating hours.
