POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the Student Worker provides essential administrative support to the Campus Store & Café.

Position-Specific Responsibilities * Coordinate and complete administrative tasks assigned by the department.

* Handle phone calls, providing information or directing calls appropriately.

* Assist with product placement and fulfillment of both on-ground and online store purchases.

* Perform cash register duties as needed.

* Assist in marketing efforts for the Campus Store & Cafe.

* Conduct store inventory in accordance with established policies and auditor recommendations.

* Participate in training sessions related to the use of cafe equipment.

* Fulfill cafe orders efficiently and accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent.

* Experience using Microsoft software.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to problem-solve.

* Criminal Background Verification.
