We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Utilities Technician I in Boca Raton, FL!

The Utilities Technician I position ensures general maintenance and housekeeping of building mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and various areas within a GMP manufacturing facility.

All utility deliveries will be overseen in this position.

Qualifications Essentials of the Job: * Ensure utility areas are kept clean and free of debris or clutter.

Maintain a GMP environment in the utility's spaces.

* Ensure the mezzanine area is in a proper state of cleanliness, routinely check light fixtures, debris or clutter is removed, and any water leaks are documented.

* Paint, power wash, floor repairs, and other general maintenance activities will be required to maintain a GMP area.

* Perform routine operational checks on boilers, stills, air compressors, pumps and other assigned equipment.

Generate and maintain the required documentation.

* Perform rounds on site plumbing, mechanical, and/or electrical equipment such as sinks, pumps, circuit panels, refrigeration, WFI, boilers, HVAC chillers, air compressors, motors, etc.

* Maintain inventory to ensure adequate levels of chemical and consumable supplies.

Complete purchase requisitions for equipment and parts as needed.

* Adhere to all ADMA SOPs, procedures, policies and federal regulations in the operations of these facilities.

* May assist in special projects and/or construction projects.

* Executes and develops daily rounds.

* Performs all utility deliveries by vendors such as Ethanol, Nitrogen, water bottles, water chemicals, etc.

* All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent is required.

* Two (2) years of technical or vocational training/certification is preferred.

Equivalent experience may be substituted for technical/vocational education.

Experience Requirements: * One to three years previous general maintenance and/or construction experience required, in the pharmaceutical/medical devices industry preferred.

GMPs and ISO regulations knowledge needed for this position.

* Ability to read blueprints is required.
