Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Rehab Aide to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

* Assist physical therapists with patient care, ensuring patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their sessions.

* Administer hot and cold packs as prescribed by the physical therapist.

* Maintain and prepare therapy equipment, ensuring it is sanitized and ready for use.

* Monitor patient progress during exercises and report feedback to the physical therapist.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment by regularly sanitizing surfaces and arranging equipment.

* Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred * Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service * Strong interpersonal skills * Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people * Excellent organizational and communication skills Additional Information * Competitive hourly pay range.
