Job Title: Front Desk - $18/hr Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a Front Desk professional for a full-time, temp-to-hire position for our client, a well-respected real estate office located in Bangor, ME. The Front Desk professional will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, providing phone support, data entry, and in-person assistance. The right candidate will bring energy, organization, and a team-focused mindset to support the office's Realtors and staff. This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment in Bangor, Maine.
As a Front Desk professional, you will be responsible for:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism
Enter data accurately and efficiently into the system
Perform general administrative support tasks for Realtors
Maintain a friendly, organized, and professional front office area
Think quickly and problem-solve in a dynamic office environment
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
A team-oriented mindset and friendly demeanor
Comfort working with computers and learning new systems
