ServiceNow Solutions Architect needs 7+ years of experience
Requires:
5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation.
Experience in developing complex catalog items
Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.
Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements
Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow
Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks
Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).
Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.
Experience in developing complex catalog items
Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.
