What You’ll Do:

Lead project meetings and generate detailed reports

Oversee permitting, bid reviews, and subcontractor agreements

Track project costs, forecast budgets, and manage change orders

Maintain strong relationships with municipalities, inspectors, and subcontractors

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues quickly What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputable commercial contractor

Multi-family construction experience is required

Skilled in managing multiple projects and using Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction software

Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred

Proactive communicator and natural problem-solver
