Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of multiple ongoing construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Direct communication with General Contractors for each project

Attend jobsite meetings

Release equipment orders for projects and track the status of orders

Assemble submittals for projects

Maintain communication with onsite employee supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction - preferably HVAC and Plumbing

Strong project management skills

Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong leadership qualities
