Now Hiring: Skilled Remodeling Foreman

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $26-$32/hour + Performance Bonuses ($70K-$86K+ potential)

Blaze Renovations is seeking a hands-on, highly skilled Foreman to join our residential remodeling team. This is

not a management-only role - we're looking for someone who's ready to work alongside the crew, tools in hand,

pushing production forward every day.

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 8 years of total residential remodeling experience

- At least 3 years of verified experience as a lead or working foreman

- Strong across rough and finish trades (framing, drywall, demo, flooring, trim, tile, cabinetry, basic plumbing &

electrical)

- A problem-solver who knows how to get through a job efficiently and cleanly

- Dependable, humble, and committed to doing excellent work

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus

- Familiarity with insurance work or scopes is helpful

What You'll Get:

- $26-$32/hr base pay

- Monthly bonuses up to $1,750

- Total earning potential: $70K-$86K+/year

- Company truck OR option to use your own (must be suitable for construction)

- Gas card (if driving regularly)
