MMI Engineered Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our team for a paid internship. This role offers real-world exposure to accounting operations, financial systems, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll support both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions while learning key finance processes and tools.

What You'll Gain:

What you will do:

Support Finance departments digitization project (Scanning critical accounting records into digital filing system)

Assist the CFO with the cycle counting process

Assist in processing of AP paperwork from completion to the check run

Assist in processing AR invoicing paperwork for US Component Products

Audit, enter and file all freight supplier invoices

Manage all customer and supplier files

Coordinate with other US locations to ensure AR and AP paperwork is received timely

Collect data and prepare monthly metrics as needed

Support other accounting projects, as necessary

What we're looking for:

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or business operations

Work environment:

100% on site work

Office setting with daily interaction with manufacturing operations
