Join Our Team as a Residential Apprentice Electrician

This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, learn the ins and outs of electrical installation, and develop skills that will serve you for a lifetime.

What You'll Do:

Assist Electricians with the installation of electrical systems on construction sites

Measure, cut, and pull wire to designated locations

Strip wire insulation and attach wires to terminals

Drill holes and feed/pull wiring using hand and power tools

Perform basic labor duties related to electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair

Dig trenches for conduit and supports as needed

Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization

Prep and organize materials based on electrician instructions

What We're Looking For:

Some experience in residential or commercial new-build electrical work is a plus

Comfortable using hand tools, including wire strippers, drills, cutters, and compression tools

Basic understanding of electrical circuitry

Eagerness to learn and follow directions closely

Reliable and safety-conscious with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Ability to work on various ladders and in varying weather conditions

Must have basic hand tools for electrical work
