About the Role

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced phlebotomist who excels in a fast-paced environment and is confident in handling challenging blood draws. This role is ideal for a professional looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the stability of a well-established, expanding company.

Please note: Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Travel a designated route to collect specimens from patients with accuracy and compassion.

Verify patient identities and ensure all specimens are correctly labeled.

Prepare and process specimens for timely transport to the laboratory.

Maintain detailed, accurate logs and documentation before the end of each shift.

Adhere to all company protocols and regulatory guidelines, including OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.

Requirements

Open and consistent availability Friday through Monday

Valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

A smartphone for communication and route tracking

A strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and excellent bedside manner

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail

Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home base as needed
