Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our dynamic tax team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tax provision calculations, tax planning and leveraging tax technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This role will enable the implementation of process improvements, system automation and data-driven initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of tax accounting, compliance and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related financial information
Implement and maintain tax technology solutions to streamline tax processes
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using existing financial or tax systems and emerging technologies
Understand and correct data and process discrepancies, identifying anomalies, analyzing root causes, proposing solution alternatives and driving resolution
Train and support team members on the use of tax technology tools
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate modern data solutions with existing systems
Manage large volumes of data from multiple systems and use advanced tools to perform analysis and develop a point of view
Support tax planning initiatives and provide analysis on the tax impact of business decisions
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company
Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax provision and compliance with a focus on tax technology, preferably in a public accounting firm and/or a publicly traded multinational
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and tax accounting principles
• Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with ETL tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, DAX, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL database technology or Python toolkit is a plus
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and/or ERP transformation
• CPA certified
