The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a driven Assistant General Manager who’s ready to step into a leadership role and grow with an organization that’s on the move. As AGM, you’ll support daily operations, lead the team alongside the General Manager, and help deliver memorable guest experiences while developing your own leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction

Partner with the GM to hire, train, and develop front- and back-of-house teams

Lead by example to foster a positive, inclusive workplace

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and compliance

Monitor costs and contribute to achieving financial goals
