About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Civil Engineer on behalf of our client, a growing and respected civil engineering firm specializing in land development across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This leadership role is perfect for a seasoned engineer with strong technical, project management, and client-facing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex land/site development projects from concept through construction.

Oversee technical design and quality control for grading, drainage, utilities, and public infrastructure.

Navigate approval and permitting processes while building relationships with municipal agencies.

Act as primary liaison with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.

Present projects at public hearings and contribute to business development through proposals and client engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months

7+ years of experience in land/site development projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with working knowledge of grading, drainage, street, and utility design

Strong communication skills and a proven track record of leading successful, multi-disciplinary projects
