Job Description

Build and repair precision machine parts, including die sets for punch press operations, following technical drawings.

Hands-on experience with:

Precision hand tools (calipers, micrometers, drills, taps, dies)

Surface grinder operations

Bridgeport Mill for drilling, tapping, milling, and boring

Lathe for drilling, turning, and boring

Band saw, Hydraulic press, MIG welding

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude to maintain including:

Set-up and die sets.

Die set sharpening and adjustments for proper fit.

Basic electrical knowledge to read and interpret diagrams.

Maintain, lubricate, and troubleshoot machine tools and equipment.

Electrical knowledge and able to read electrical diagrams
