As a Conversational AI Developer at Navixus, you will be responsible for Conversational AI tool design approaches, configuration, and coding and unit testing.
Qualifications For Success:
2 or more years of experience as a conversational AI Developer (must have experience with Google Dialogflow or Omilia)
Experience using API calls to extend functionality and integration with other services
Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment.
Understanding of contact center operations, customer service processes and challenges in these environments.
Experience testing and quality assurance of AI / IVR solutions
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to concepts in the rapidly evolving field of AI
Other AI developer experience with one of the following IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, Nuance Mix, and/or other NLU platforms is a plus
Agent Assist experience preferred

Applicants can expect to make between $120,000 to $140,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
